One way is create a tulpa based on a prophet, a demi-god, or god based on your religion. For witchcraft, you can crate a tulpa familiar and channel cosmos or astro energy from the familiar. I have my familiar create my circle for me when doing rituals.

I'd say it's fundamentally similar to that, except the headmate coming to me is from another system instead of another reality/world/realm/ect

its like, if you say that there's a worm in my head i will start to feel the worm in my head even throught there's not a worm in my head

For short term thoughtforms like this if you treat them as a tulpa over time they will become more real and become tulpas even if they aren't yet. Contrary this early on if you make an active effort to ignore/dismiss those thoughts they should go away.
